I am in-network with Optum (CTCare, UHC, UBH, UMR) and Medicare, and my credentials are pending with Husky and Aetna.

I am out-of-network for other insurances. Superbills can be provided.

Private pay is:
    $160 per hour-long session (53-60 min, first session needs to be an hour)
    $125 per 45-min session (38-52 min)
    $ 90 per 30-min session (20-37 min)

Sliding scale can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
